Fight Club Rush, or FCR, was founded in 2017 and held its first event in September of that year in Västerås, Sweden. Public reporting has tied the organization closely to Jörgen Hamberg and the MMA Västerås Fight Club ecosystem, while more recent event listings identify Zlatko Ostrogonac in an ownership role. FCR has positioned itself as Sweden’s leading MMA promotion and a major Scandinavian showcase for developing talent. It is a regional promotion, but it is not a tiny one; its ambition has always been to make Nordic MMA feel organized, current, and exportable.
